Returns Period & Fee
You may return most items within 8 days of delivery. A return fee of £X will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

No Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

Condition of Returns
Items must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear—like removed tags or worn fabric—may not be accepted.

Inspection & Rejections
All returns are subject to inspection. If your return doesn't meet our standards, it may be returned back to you and refunded only after paying applicable shipping fees.

Fair Use Monitoring
